Cancellation or change of tickets

up to 7 days before departure 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded

6 days to 24 hours before departure 50% of the reservation amount
less than 24 hours before departure tickets are not refundable
there is no service fee for changing the date of the ticket
To cancel, send the reservation number on the ticket to the e-mail pilet@sunlines.ee, a service fee of 4€ will be applied for refunds.
